FIRESIDE CHAT: The Future of Space Competition

This open conversation will see Andy Lison and Shashank Joshi discuss where military space competition is headed. Reflecting on Shashank’s visit to US Space Command last summer and his recent writing on Donald Trump’s plans for a Golden Dome missile-defence shield, their discussion will cover the growing interest in counter-space capabilities around the world, the changing role of alliances in military space operations and the way in which increasing spending on missile defences might drive investment in space assets.
