Delivering Resilient Multi-Orbit SATCOM in Contested Environments

Deployed forces depend on communications that keep working when someone is trying to stop them. That now means drawing on military and commercial satellites across several orbits and making them work together. This session looks at how closer integration of military and commercial capability can assure connectivity, how operators are countering jamming, cyber threats and attacks on space infrastructure, and how national SATCOM programmes and allied interoperability can be accelerated so that coalition forces can rely on one another's networks. Resilience in communications comes from having more than one way to connect.
