Stuart Mills

Stuart Mills is the Chief Executive Officer of STAR-Dundee, a leading supplier of spacecraft on-board data-handling technology with expertise in SpaceWire and SpaceFibre on-board networking. Stuart has a wealth of experience in both technologies, completing a SpaceWire-related PhD at the University of Dundee in 2004 and contributing to the research and development, and standardisation of the SpaceWire and SpaceFibre standards. Stuart has a First Class Honours Degree in Computer Science and, prior to beginning his PhD in 2000, was a software consultant developing solutions for several FTSE 100 companies. As one of the company’s founders, he has led the software development at STAR-Dundee since the company’s formation in 2002.
