Philipp Stich

Philipp Stich is Industry Manager for the Aerospace Sector at EOS, where he leads strategic initiatives to drive industrial adoption of metal additive manufacturing and supports customers in scaling serial production for aerospace applications. He works closely with OEMs and suppliers across the value chain, translating advanced AM technologies into production-ready solutions. Alongside his industry role, he is completing a PhD in Materials Science focused on material and process development for metal AM, with research spanning laser beam shaping, nickel-based superalloys, and process qualification. His background bridges deep technical expertise and industrial implementation.
