Noel Dolphin

Noel Dolphin has had a 25-year career in rail infrastructure, starting at London Underground, managing operational performance on several lines. Noel moved to Network Rail in 2007, the UK's mainline rail infrastructure owner. Whilst at Network Rail, Noel managed infrastructure renewals projects. Noel joined Furrer+Frey in 2012, managing their UK project teams and delivering a range of rail engineering projects, including the development of AI-based design tools using space-based data. Noel is a Fellow of the Railway Engineering Institution and sits on the Electrification Engineering Committee of the Institution, as well as sitting on standards committees at BSI.
