Melanie Clift

Melanie Clift joined the space industry in November 2012 following a decade in various roles across supply chain, logistics and M&A in oil and gas and financial services. Melanie has worked in programme management, business development and sales at Surrey Space Centre, Airbus, Iceye and In-Space Missions and is now Director of Defence and Security at the Satellite Applications Catapult. Her interest in dual use capability, experience of defence space and having worked across academia, start-ups and large primes is invaluable to leading the development of the Catapult’s capability to support the UK in delivery of the Defence Space Strategy.
