Jonathan Hendry
Jonathan is a strategically minded, technology motivated leader of teams focused on automated and applied intelligence and AI analytics, to deliver evidence-based insight in coherent, robust, repeatable, and cutting-edge technologies and climate products. Jonathan operates at a technical, strategic, managerial, and business application level meaning I translate perceived need into system requirement and work alongside high-level C-Suite executives through to the most technical personnel. Optimising the translation between need and successful implementation. Jonathan is a technology specialist and directs 4EI to deliver actionable climate and environmental intelligence to conservation decision makers over a large spatial and temporal scale. Jonathan sits on a Space Agency Food Security Governance Steering Committee (GSC) as chair of the Space Analytics and Solutions (SAS) programme. He is a member of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN), Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosure (TNFD) and the Environmental Research Network, a ground-breaking initiative to revolutionise how we approach science. He has worked within Geospatial Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics his entire career and is passionate about data visualisation and automated reporting for IoT, Big Data Analytics, UAV, satellite and in-situ data.
