Jon Gray

Jon is Director Security and Resilience Sector at ADS Group. He supports 1100 company members, developing business and strengthening relationships between governments and the UK security industry at home and overseas. He is also Secretary to the UK’s Security and Resilience Industry Suppliers Community. Prior to joining ADS, he enjoyed a distinguished career in senior roles across government. Most recently he was heading operations at JSaRC within the Office for Security and Counter Terrorism in the Home Office, leading Home Office work in partnering with Industry, including the design and delivery of the Home Office Security & Policing Event. Jon has a background in border and aviation security international liaison roles, mainly based at British Embassies in diverse locations across the world.
