Emma Panteli

Emma Panteli is the Head of Government Relations at Reaction Engines, leading on engagement with government and strategic policy priorities. Emma has a vast range of experience in the sector. She was previously Defence Engagement Lead at Serco and was seconded into the Ministry of Defence as a Strategy Lead working with the Defence Engineering Champion Team and the Defence Suppliers’ Forum. Emma has also worked for ADS, the UK’s trade association for aerospace, defence, security and space and currently sits on their external affairs board. Emma is highly skilled in stakeholder management and strategic communications having also worked in the Cabinet Office where she led a cross-government digital upskilling programme.
