Dr. Stanley Patton

Dr. Stanley Patton is an organisational strategist, technologist, and product leader, and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Space Career Labs, where he leads the development of simulation-based learning environments and workforce pathways aligned to the STEM and aerospace sectors. With experience spanning startup leadership, information systems, and product development, Dr Patton has held senior roles including founder, CIO, Head of Product, and Technical Project Manager. His work focuses on aligning strategy, execution, and measurement through KPI-driven delivery and cross-functional leadership. Dr Patton holds a PhD in Organisational Leadership, an MSc in Management Information Systems from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and is MIT-certified in Design Thinking. He has led complex B2B and B2B2C initiatives through executive-level engagement and human-centred design, and also serves as a technical advisor on wargaming and scenario-based simulation projects, focused on decision-making, systems interaction, and human-in-the-loop analysis.
