CHATSWORTH, Calif., Feb. 26, 2026 - Aitech, a global leader in AI-powered rugged embedded computing systems for defense and space applications, today announced it will be exhibiting at Space-Comm Expo Europe in partnership with APC Technology Group Ltd. Aitech will be showcasing its solutions in booth A30 from March 4-5 at ExCeL London.
Offering computing intelligence at the edge, Aitech supports space programs from early concept through qualification and production with its space and satellite solutions - from board-level computing and modified COTS hardware to fully integrated systems supporting on-board processing, edge AI, and long-duration missions.
“Space-Comm Expo brings together the pioneers shaping the future of the space industry, and we are a critical part of that momentum,” said Ralph Grundler, space director of Aitech. “As space platforms become more autonomous and data-driven, our AI hardware products help customers move faster by connecting their mission inputs and computing on-board to process data directly on the satellite, payload, or space system - ensuring crucial information gets to the right people exactly when it’s needed.”
Aitech will be demonstrating the following products in its booth:
- S-A2300 COTS AI Supercomputer - Leveraging NVIDIA’s GPGPU Orin architecture, this groundbreaking AI supercomputer is specifically designed for low Earth orbit (LEO) missions and integrates exceptional computational power with advanced AI functionalities, promising to revolutionize data processing and analysis in the demanding conditions of outer space.
- SP1-S - This space-rated single-board computer (SBC) is engineered for high-performance space missions, including LEO, geostationary orbit (GEO), lunar and deep space missions. The SP1 is designed to be used in multiple spacecraft and payload systems to improve orbit computation and meet the growing needs for edge processing and analysis and on-board computing. Based on NXP’s Layerscape® LS1046A system on chip (SoC), the SP1-S harnesses performance-enhancing DDR4 with ECC to yield high capacity and better bandwidth.
- SP0-S - The space-rated single-board computer (SBC) is based on NXP’s PowerQUICC®III MPC8548E system on chip with an e500 processing core. The SP0-S includes several performance enhancing improvements over previous designs, including an SDRAM memory upgrade to the DDR2 with 20% higher bandwidth at lower power dissipation.
- S-A6640 - The space industry’s first standalone SFF Ethernet switch, the S-A6640 is designed and tested for near Earth orbit (NEO) and LEO missions. The unmanaged Ethernet switch/router features 12×1 GE copper ports and uses IP and Ethernet protocols to help lower costs and significantly improve time-to-market for small satellite constellations as well as manned missions.
